This Return Policy applies to digital meal planning guides and related products offered on this website to customers in Australia.
Digital Products
Our products are delivered electronically. Once download access is provided, returns may be limited because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods. We still aim to treat customers fairly under Australian Consumer Law.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The file was not delivered or is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement
- The product materially differs from its description on the products page
- You were charged in error or duplicated
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available when:
- You change your mind after successful download
- The guide does not meet personal taste preferences but matches its stated description
- You lack compatible software to open standard PDF or document formats we specify
How to Request a Return
Email infocenter@ligamentsrenewli.world with your name, order date, product name, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Products must be of acceptable quality and match their description.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
